Scan Incite Case Study: Financial Metrics Dashboard

Issue:
Client wanted to consolidate their financial metrics into one dashboard window which combined several subcategories.

Application:
Scan Incite – MineTech analysts worked with the client to determine which financial data they needed displayed and then worked with the client’s IT staff to program a “real time” data feed into Scan Incite.   

Solution:
The client wanted their financials segmented into subcategories that could be called up in the single financial dashboard. This required multiple data feeds into the same dashboard window which the client could change at will. After an evaluation of their financial data “drivers” we developed four subcategories. A slight change in any of these four windows would enable the client to quickly react versus processing reams of data trying to find the source of their financial problem. The MineTech IT staff integrated the financial data feeds into the windows to provide an automated solution that is accessible on a 24/7 basis via a secure web URL.
